Ah yes, finally a new drawing. I gotta tell you for (probably) the hundredth time that I'm not a professional artist. I just draw for the sake of my own pleasure. So if maybe to you my drawings are ugly, I won't care. I'm not even sure if there are actually people who visit this unmaintained blog.

It's 2011!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

err... I know it's late, but who cares. Anyway it's 2011 now, I can't believe time flew so quick. Nothing much happened in 2010, but for me it was a year filled with tears, loss, joy, love, and I don't regret anything I'm looking forward to see what 2011 holds. I bet most of you has some kind of  "New Year Resolutions" huh? Well I don't do those stuffs anymore. Not that I'm scared of not accomplishing those resolutions but the thing is, I just have too many wants and hopes in 2011. I did make some resolutions in 2009 and 2010 but I obviously forgot about it in the end. So yeah... I guess it's better if I just stop making resolutions haha

Talking about New Year, how was your NYE celebration? Did you have a blast? I did. I had a simple NYE celebration at the top of my sister's house. Her rooftop was just perfect! I could see remarkable fireworks from all over the place because the house is located at the center of the city. My best friends as well as my boyfriend were also there which completes the night. We carnivores had an amazing BBQ party and we also had a few drinks. The rest of the night we just sat and talked while enjoying the breeze up on the roof until 4 AM. A simple but unforgettable night, I must say.

I still have a week of holiday but (I think) I'm gonna use it to do some assignments and study because I'll be having my final exam on the 10th. Ok so once again, happy new year to all of you. This will sound cliché, but I do hope 2011 will be much better than last year. Enjoy this year, have fun, live your life to the fullest because (people say) 2012 is doomsday. Ha!

SWEET ESCAPE

Wow, it's been almost two months.

How are you? I just got back from Karimun Jawa, Jepara, Central Java. I had a really nice vacation there. You know what? You should actually visit Karimun Jawa if you haven't been there. Seriously, the beaches are breathtaking. They're really pretty. Once you step your feet there, you'll feel like you just want to stay there to stay away from all the hectic stuff in the city.

My skin got really dark after that. But who cares, it eventually will come back to its original color, right? Well I hope so :-p

SUNDAY MORNING ♥

Sometimes I wanna be the kind of person who wakes up late but I just can't. No matter how late I sleep at night, I tend to wake up early in the morning. I don't even know why.

Maybe that is why I love mornings. The fresh air, the dew, the sunlight, and sometimes, the smell of wet soil after last night's rain. I love Sunday mornings. I love to go out in the morning either to the traditional market, have breakfast somewhere out, or even just to go to Starbucks or some other coffee shops. I love to see the slack road, I love to see people doing their activities in the morning, I love to see the skyscrapers, I love being in the car and just stare at everything that passes by while listening to some random tunes from the radio. It gives me that happy feeling, you know?

I made that Lady Gaga and Kristen Stewart sketch during a meeting. Whenever I get bored, angry, hungry, or sad, I end up doodling, scribbling, or draw things around me.

So anyway, how's life people? Mine has been kind of boring lately. Well but the good thing is, I've finished all my final exams and to top it off, I'll be going away for a vacation in an island. I'll tell you about it later, I'm really really excited and can't wait for July to come :-D

But apart from my vacation plan, I still have one unfinished final project which is Cultural Festival. It'll be held on Saturday and we (me and my team) will be representing Mexico. I bet it's going to be fun. Wish us luck!
